The surveyor Fred Chapman dealt with all of my specific requests by answering them in great detail. He completed the report, which was very detailed in a very timely manner. I asked him to call me after the survey and he did this and spoke to me for about an hour going through all of my questions. Fred was very patient and clarified every issue that I was not sure about.
Once I got the report (within 2 days of the survey being conducted) I read through it and had further questions. Fred replied to these questions immediately. He is extremely efficient, thorough and polite. It was refreshing to see this level of service.
