Our RICS Level 2 survey will include:
A visual inspection of the property by a professional surveyor.
A detailed report providing information on:
- Information on the property’s location, the local environment and the recorded energy efficiency (where available).
- A description of the construction and condition of the property
- Highlights of visible defects with recommendation for repair or other action using a clear Red, Amber, Green (RAG) rating.
- Highlight any relevant legal issues and/or obvious risks to the building, people, or grounds.
- Where instructed a market valuation.
- An insurance reinstatement figure for the property.
